2. Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the nature of custom printing, all personalized products are made-to-order and are non-refundable except in cases of defects or errors made by us (see Refund Policy).
Please review your proofs carefully before approval. We are not responsible for customer-provided errors (e.g., spelling, incorrect sizes, or file quality).
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier and product type.
Wasatch Prints is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
