Screen Printing

Screen printing is a process by which ink is transferred onto a flat surface in a stenciled design using a mesh screen and a squeegee. Fabric and paper are the most common surfaces onto which designs are screen printed, but other materials such as plastic, glass, metal, and wood have also been used.

Screen printing is an appealing process because of the dramatic choice of colors available and the completely customizable nature of the form. Screen printed designs shouldn’t wash out, which is one of the reasons we use the process for our Christian clothing made in Utah.

Embroidery 

Embroidery is a technique in which fabrics (often garments) are decorated and embellished by stitching. While embroidery thread is the most common material used, finer silk threads or coarse yarn can be used. The DTG process is more cost-effective than other printing methods and embeds sharper, cleaner images.
