Due to the nature of custom printing, all personalized products are made-to-order and are non-refundable except in cases of defects or errors made by us (see Refund Policy).

Please review your proofs carefully before approval. We are not responsible for customer-provided errors (e.g., spelling, incorrect sizes, or file quality).

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier and product type.

  • Wasatch Prints is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
